Wanda Reas is a founding shareholding partner at Znosko & Reas. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 1994, and graduated from the University of Denver with her Juris Doctorate degree in 1998. She specializes in Workers’ Compensation Defense and has extensive experience defending insurance carriers with her aggressive and successful approach. She has profound knowledge of the medical aspects involved in worker’s compensation cases, and has extensive experience in litigating cases involving permanent total disability, occupational exposure, complex trauma claims, Drug free workplace/Intoxication, as well as, fraud/misrepresentation cases. Wanda has also litigated cases in Family law throughout her legal career and has happily handled both, adoption cases and served as a guardian ad litem on behalf of children in need through the Orange County Bar association. Her passion for the overall best resolution of each case, along with her desire to achieve her client’s desired end result, establish the basis for her practice and the continued loyalty of her clients across the state.


Wanda is very active in several organizations, and has served as President of the Board of Directors for the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association, as a member of The George C. Young American Inn of Court, was appointed as a member of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel, and has also been a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. She has not only lectured at several Florida Workers’ Compensation Law Seminars throughout the state of Florida, but has also presented continuing legal education seminars for licensed claims adjusters. She also continues to undertake pro bono cases in Orange County, helping children as a guardian ad litem.
